Valve Technicians/Fitters will need to have experience in gate, globe, plug, ball, butterfly, check, diaphragm, pinch, pressure relief, control valves.

• Maintenance, Diagnosis, Repair and Pressure Test Valves as per specification
• Test associated components in both a workshop and site environment
• Close tolerance and interface fitting
• Understand bolt torque requirements
• Field calibration analysis / diagnostics to control valves
• Machining of valves using various measuring devices
• Hydro-static and pneumatic testing to align with valves and piping systems
• Exp on rotary and linear electric and pneumatic actuators and positioners

To be considered for this role you will have to meet the following criteria. This is for an immediate start. 

Trade Qualifications in Fitting and Machining, First Class Machinist

Proven mechanical aptitude and capability to deliver quality work

Experience in working within and supporting accredited Quality Systems (such as ISO 9001).

High regard for working safely and environmental Responsibility

Ability to work in an adaptable team and use own initiative

Track record of being attentive to accuracy and detail in their work
