Scheduler - Line Marking

    We are currently seeking a Scheduler to join our Lime Marking division in Western Sydney on a permanent basis. Hours are from 9.30am-6pm. 

    About the role

    The Scheduler & All-rounder is responsible for receiving and entering all client job bookings onto the system, allocating the required resources to ensure jobs can be completed safely and efficiently. In addition, this role will require the successful applicant to complete on road Traffic Management duties as and if operationally required.

    Your duties include but are not limited to:

    • Coordinate all details of incoming job bookings
    • Allocate and resource staff and equipment for works
    • Ensure policies and procedures relating to client inductions, licencing, training and fatigue management are met
    • Deliver positive, proactive, and committed feedback to on road staff
    • Monitor, evaluate and report on traffic controller performance via client call-backs and feedback
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders concerning scheduling related matters
    • Complete on road duties in a Traffic Controller capacity as required

     Skills & Experience

    • Experience in high volume scheduling work and/or rostering of people and resources
    • Strong team player
    • Sound administrative skills and computer literacy
    • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with a customer service focus
    • Self-motivated with the ability to be proactive and solutions driven with tasks
    • Ability to multi-task and juggle multiple priorities
    • Experience in traffic management or a similar industry is highly regarded
