Light & Wonder are currently seeking an Order Entry Coordinator to join the team on the temporary basis.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support within our Sales department to ensure the smooth running of our customer accounts and order processing. This includes maintaining the customer database, preparing proposals and reports to support a team of Account Managers execute a high level of engagement with our customers and potential partners.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- To maintain the dispatch schedule and enter sales orders.
- Liase with internal sales reps and coordinate installations with external service agents.
- Liaise with the Sales team via phone and email
- General administration functions
- General phone enquiries
Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills with a helpful and friendly attitude
- Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate various tasks
- A team player with the ability to work independently
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organization
- Medium excel skills;
- Great communicator and customer service skills required
