Workforce International are seeking reliable roller operators/labourersto start with some of the best civil contractors in Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Hunter Valley and surrounding areas.

Suitable employees have the opportunity to be offered permanent employment after 3 months.

Duties may include: 

• Roller Operation
• Rolling on minor roads and subdivisions
• General labouring tasks (shovelling, plant spotting, site flagging, etc.)

A successful candidate MUST:

• Be willing to labour as well as operate
• Be ticketed to operate a roller
• Hold a Construction White Card
• Have reliable transport
• Have a great work ethic and show initiative and be a team player
• Be able to pass a medical which includes a drug screen
