Light & Wonder are currently seeking an Internal Recruitment Consultant to help grow their rapidly expanding team of Creators.

About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional level roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Able to provide an unforgettable experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
- Have the ability to identify candidates with differing perspectives and backgrounds.
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to look around corners to proactively identify potential challenges.
- Proactive self-starter who acts with a sense of ownership and accountability
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
- At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Tackles tough assignments and introduces new ways of looking at problems
- Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Provides direct feedback & receives feedback well
- Sets ambitious goals and has high standards
- Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentations skills
