    About the Role

    In this role, you will be responsible for driving the talent acquisition strategy and managing full-cycle recruitment for a variety of requisitions including but not limited to technical, niche and professional level roles.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Able to provide an unforgettable experience for all candidates and hiring managers.
    • Have the ability to identify candidates with differing perspectives and backgrounds.
    • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to look around corners to proactively identify potential challenges.
    • Proactive self-starter who acts with a sense of ownership and accountability

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • At least 3 years of experience as a full cycle recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
    • At least 3 years of experience sourcing candidates using tools such as LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

    Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

    • Tackles tough assignments and introduces new ways of looking at problems
    • Excellent computer skills including use of Word/Excel/Powerpoint
    • Provides direct feedback & receives feedback well
    • Sets ambitious goals and has high standards
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication and presentations skills
