We require committed & professional candidates who are process driven to support our clients’ business needs at one of their sites based in Dandenong.

Duties:

• Maintain customer information in required systems to ensure accurate execution of services post the completed service.
• Liaise with all levels of management 
• Liaise with truck drivers / delivery personnel 
• Maintain integrity of Operational and Customer System Data.
• Ad-hoc operational duties as requested by Site Manager or Above.
• Participate in projects as required.
• Expedite and ensure resolution of escalated issues.
• Raise purchase orders for VIC & TAS

Skills:

• Experience in Logistics / Warehouse administration
• Certificate III in Business or equivalent
• High attention to detail
• Strong customer service ethic
• Self-motivated and able to work autonomously without limited supervision
• Working collaboratively with team members  across departmental boundaries
• Proficiency using MS Excel and other business systems (TRSQL, ReQuest, Salesforce)
• Able to operate in a fast paced environment

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration / customer service
• Experience working in transport industry

Training will be provided although to be successful for this position you should have good data entry skills, proven excel experience and the aptitude for attention to detail.
