    About the Role

    Workforce International's Labour Hire Division are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Attendant for their client based at the Brisbane Airport. We are looking for experienced Customer Service Attendants to work within the Airtrain Division at the Brisbane Airport - both terminals. You will be responsible for the selling of train & tour tickets, monitoring the platforms, providing information and assistance to travellers. You must be available to work between 4.30am and 11pm across a 7 day roster. Hours will be around 25-38 hours per week. Rosters are done a month in advance. Car park and uniform provided. You will be required to attend a Cat 3 Rail Medical. Above awards rates apply to this position.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Cash handling experience
    • Up selling experience
    • Immaculate presentation
    • Outgoing & bubbly personality
    • Genuinely enjoy working with the public
    • Preferable if you are fluent in English & Mandarin
    • Be available across a 7 day roster
    • Customer service experience
