Light & Wonder are currently seeking a CRM and UAT Administrator to join the team.

What you will do

• Conduct day-to-day UAT testing and support UAT testing lead for Microsoft D365
• Perform end-end UAT testing against accounts, opportunities, contracts, reports, back-end configuration and workflows and other routine tasks
• Diligently document and escalate issues/bugs found relevant to UAT test plans to the project team
• Responsible for UAT test plan acceptance and sign off
• Monitor data integrity within the platform
• Support data review, re-fresh prior to go live
• Assist with the training of business users for both UAT and go live
• Assist business users with best practice CRM useability to improve and increase their knowledge of Microsoft D365

What you will bring

• Experience with CRM administration, system customizations and configurations and standard CRM business processes and workflows
• Experience with CRM UAT testing
• Experience with bug/issue investigation and tracking and ability to communicate UAT feedback to technical personnel
• Excellent data entry and time management skill
• An aptitude for diagnosing, analysing and resolving system challenges and familiarity of UAT escalation processes
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills with a helpful and friendly attitude
• Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate various tasks
• A team player with the ability to work independently
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Maturity to deal with people at all levels of the organization
