Business Support Officer role duties
- daily entry of time sheets
- creation of purchase orders
- chasing approvals for vendor invoices
- entering credit card reconciliations
- employee reimbursements
- employee travel approvals & arrangements
- entry of field work packs into Upvise for crews.
- additional duties as requested.
- Hours of work, days per week
- 7:30am – 3:30pm Mon - Fri
- Start date
- After Easter
- Pay rate
- Will depend on experience

- Minimum 12 months in a similar role
- SAP experience preferred
- Site administration experience valued
