About the Role – based at Stapylton
This is a role for Workforce Labour Hire and Recruitment Services Division which is focused on the blue collar and project based sectors.

We have an opportunity for a passionate, people orientated person to join our Stapylton team as a Business Development Professional. This key role, reporting to the Regional Manager, will be to establish and grow a portfolio of new clients. Training will be provided to support and assist you in learning and succeeding in the role. The activities of the role will include:

• Identify and generate sales leads;
• Meet new clients and convert into trading customers;
• Track all activities in the CRM;
• Develop a sales funnel;
• Present sales results and future plans to monthly management meeting.

• Strong selling and negotiation skills;
• Experience in a similar role essential;

• Be passionate about selling and be successful at it;
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships with key decision makers;
