Administrative Allrounder - Workforce Road Services

Workforce Road Services is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Administrative Allrounder for an immediate start based in our Bunbury office.

The position is primarily an operational support role, working within our line marking division. You will work as part of a small but busy hands-on team, you must demonstrate proven commitment to build and maintain stakeholder relationships with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 

The successful applicant will have exceptional organizational skills, proven multitasking abilities, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to move and adapt to the changing demands of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reception Duties.
  • Operational Administration.
  • Mobilisation of employees to site, including booking medicals, onboarding, travel as required.
  • Training matrix management & onsite training requirements
  • Ad hoc reporting and project deliverables
  • Payroll Administration
  • Weekly timesheet collation and entry
  • Accounts Payable & receivable management
  • Prepare and complete requisitions and purchase orders including receipting &  invoice reconciliation.
  • Manage stock control reporting & maintain records of goods receipts & payments
  • Finance Administration
  • Monthly Financial reporting.
  • HSE Administration
  • Maintenance of records and safety statistics
  • Quality Assurance Administration
  • Assistance with document control & maintenance of registers

Skills & Experience - ESSENTIAL

  • Proven previous experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft office Suite
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong ability to multitask, capacity to prioritise workload with a high attention to detail
  • Must live locally
  • Valid driver’s licence & own transport
  • Covid 19 Vaccination Certificate - Essential

Highly desirable

  • Cert III or above in Business or Accounting/Finance
  • Previous administrative background within Civil or Construction Industries
