Workforce International are currently seeking a Payroll Help Desk Operator to join their payroll team located at Wetherill Park. This position is the central contact point for all payroll related queries.

The Payroll Help Desk Operator will work within the payroll focused team and be responsible for various queries from employees and clients.

• Parking on site
• Temp to perm
• Immediate start

Your main responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Assist in supporting Workforce Group payroll
• Communicating and developing effective relationships with clients and employees
• Supporting end to end function of the payroll department
• Working cohesively within a team to achieve desired results
• Escalating any incidents to management teams

To be successful:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
