Duties :

• Assist in MOA and permit approvals with VicRoads and local Municipalities 
• Schedule bookings and the scheduling of staff and vehicles
• Manage and maintain our fleet of vehicles and signage
• Ensure a safe work environment both in the office and on site
• Audit field staff when required
• Assist in the operational after hours phone Roster

Requirements & Qualifications

• RIIWHS302D - Traffic Management Implementation
• RIIWHS205D - Control traffic with Stop-slow Bat
• CPCCWHS1001 - Work Safely in the Construction Industry - White Card
• Significant work experience in a previous Coordinator role or similar
• Sound computer skills incl (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• Amazing communication and people skills 
• Manage your time effectively and report on industry related information
• Must have a current driver's licence
