Our client is looking for a Trade Counter Sales assistant to hit the ground running and bring an enthusiastic and positive energy to their Newcastle Branch. 

With over 24 branches in Australia, multiple offices in Malaysia and the UK. Our client are one of the top distributors of air conditioning/HVAC parts globally. Our client offers the air conditioning industry an extensive range of products.

An opportunity is currently available to join a close-knit team and champion all things sales and customer service.

Duties and Preferred Experience

  • A keen interest in the day-to-day operations of the branch which can include packing orders in the warehouse
  • Filing, data entry and other administration support
  • Packing orders/General Store persons duties
  • Excellent customer service skills and the desire to problem solve if needed
  • Previous experience working in an office/warehouse environment is preferred
  • The ability to be a team player
  • Great communication skills and ability to multi task
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimum supervision 
  • Intermediate Computer skills
