Our client requires a Team Leader for parks and gardens maintenance for a casual ongoing role. You will be managing a crew of 2-3 labourers to ensure completion of all horticultural duties. 

• Immediate start
• $30 per hour plus super
• Casual to permanent role
• Monday to Friday 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Gardens and Parks management
• Lead a team of 2-3 labourers
• Mowing lawns and using whipper snippers
• Load, unload and move gardening supplies, equipment and vegetation 
• Clean gardens and remove rubbish
• Working with Disability work crews 

To be successful for this role:

• Experience in a similar role
• An MR truck licence
• Physically fit and able to pass a functional capacity test
• Ability to obtain a NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) check
• Be punctual and reliable
