Workforce International is on the hunt for an experienced skilled labourer to place with one of our well-established clients based in the Lower Hunter Valley.

Ongoing work for the next 12 months at Full time hours each week. 

To be considered for these opportunities you MUST:

• Hold a Construction White Card;
• Have a MR driver's license (at minimum) and reliable transport
• Have at least 6 months Civil Laboring experience;
• Be reliable, show initiative and be able to work in a team;
• Currently hold (or willing to obtain within 6 months)- a current Traffic Controller ticket, Implement Traffic Control Plan ticket, Safe work near powerlines, Confined Space, Working at heights and First Aid incl CPR. 
• Be able to provide 2 recent work references.

Basic role description:

• Undertake General labouring duties on civil projects and maintenance works
• Manual handling of materials, e.g. excavation and spreading of material, pipe laying, concrete works, erection of roadside furniture and roadside cleaning.
• General concreting works including erection of formwork, fixing of reinforcement, placement and finishing of concrete.
• General asphalt and bituminous sealing works 
• Erection of erosion and sediment control measures such as silt fences, gabions, laying turf.
• Undertake truck driving duties when required
