Our reputable client is currently seeking an experienced Service Advisor to assist with a variety of duties in the Automotive industry based in their Brooklyn office.

your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• 8am -5pm
• Monday – Friday
• Automotive industry
• Liasing with clients, customers and mechanics about vehicles issues
• Answer calls/respond to emails
• Must have drivers license
• Ability to detect faults with vehicles and translate customers concerns to mechanics

To be considered for this role you will have:

• Strong customer service focus and clear communication skills (verbal and written)
• Data entry/ keyboard skills and accuracy
• The ability to work within a team towards a common goal
• Microsoft office
• Great excel skills
• Customer service experience 
• Ability to learn new systems 
• Good Knowledge of the automotive industry
• Experienced in the automotive industry 
• Genuine interest in cars
• Must have Manual car license
• Current drivers license
• Able to communicate issues and vehicle faults with mechanics
