We are looking for a Salesperson to join our dynamic and fast-paced Sales team based in Sydney. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will focus on the operational and sales processes that will achieve sales goals and targets.

Responsibilities will include:

• Ability to manage and negotiate customer enquiries
• Preparation, coordination and follow up of quotations
• Business development with new and existing customers
• Networking and cold calling within your geographical area to create a robust pipeline
• Sales Reporting
• Assist Operations Team to ensure quality candidates are delivered to our Clients

To be successful you will have:

• Recruitment and Labour Hire experience or a Trade background
• Strong communication skills
• Good conflict resolution skills
• Experience with CRM software – Fasttrack 360, sales tools, Microsoft Office preferable
• Excellent time management skills, understanding how to prioritise key tasks and an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated experience in completing projects from concept to completion
