Sleep Coach

  • Available to float between Campbelltown and Liverpool locations
  • Available to work on a rotating roster between Monday - Saturday

Our client, based in Campbelltown and Liverpool, is a global leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment. They are seeking a 'Sleep Coach' to join their team on a casual basis. Tasks and duties include sleep disorder screening, therapy product fitting, education and sales, ongoing therapy management and positively upholding their "Gold Standard" and best proactive business values. To provide high quality, forward thinking client care and service. 

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Gold Standard Customer Service
  • Comprehensive knowledge and ability to consult with clients initiate and manage sleep disorder therapy such as CPAP and Light Therapy and other services such as home diagnostics if relevant.
  • Competence to initiate therapy, provide product information, possess fitting demonstration and education skills. 
  • Prepare and send reports to prescribing physician’s.
  • Encourage client self-management and involvement in therapy.
  • Home / Hospital Client visits as required and if appropriate.
  • To ensure adequate stock is on hand and order to replenish when necessary.
  • Complete stock takes as required.
  • Actively participate in training and staff meetings
  • Cash Management skills
  • Familiarity of weekly, monthly and annual sales budgets for your Centre and a commitment to achieving them.
  • Ensure reception area, therapy room/s, storeroom/s and tea room is clean, tidy and organised. 
  • Developing and maintaining the health promotion material inside the Centre.

Qualifications and Experience 

  • Completion of Year 12 HSC or equivalent
