Our client, based in Kogarah, is a global leading developer, manufacturer and distributor of medical equipment. They are seeking a 'Retail Leader' to join their team on a casual basis. To provide high quality, forward thinking client care and service.

• Full training provided 5 days per week
• Casual role after training 2 - 5 days per week
• Liverpool and Campbelltown location

Your main responsibilities include:

• Sleep disorder screening
• Product fitting onto clients
• Education and sales
• Ongoing therapy management of all clients
• Providing clients with professional and knowledgeable healthcare and customer service

To be successful for this position: 

• Willingness to develop skills and competency towards the role
• Ability to navigate different systems 
• Previous experience in a busy face to face customer service or retail role 
• Customer services skills
• High level communication skills
• Planning and Organization skills – able to manage own time and workload, ability to cope with last minute changes
• Interpersonal skills – relates to others in a friendly manner and values opinions of others
