We are currently seeking an experienced, reliable and motivated Quality Control Inspector to work in a cleanroom environment in western suburbs to support the Quality check of our client's silicone production department. 

Duties:

The Quality Control Inspector is responsible to the Quality Manager and Production Supervisor and has the authority for the following functions:

• Daily production patrol inspection of all machines and processes, process audit.
• Regularly conduct FIRST OFF APPROVAL, dimensional measurements for all production runs as per drawing specifications and Quality Plan. 
• Assist in maintaining quality related databases/register
• Assist the Quality Manager with quality activities in obtaining external accreditation/certification as per ISO9001& ISO13485
• Conduct selected process analysis and part testing as specified by Process Specification and Work Instructions and maintain test records.
• Assist with process capability analysis and OTS reports for new and changed products and processes. Metrology/gauges/equipment
• Assist in overall Quality & Compliance management and other continuous improvements activities as required
• Assist in training of Operators in Quality Assurance procedures
• Inwards Inspection - Conduct quality audits on purchased products.
• Help promote and ensure that the QMS including QM and associated procedures are adhered to
• Monitor receiving inspection to ensure parts are received as per sampling plan.
• Preparation of COC’s, Metrology Reports, and other Quality Reports
• Finished product inspection
• Liaise with Quality Manager and Production Supervisor of Quality concerns
• Assist with internal audits as per schedule.  If applicable, assist in closing off any Non-Conformances, resultant of the audits
•  Upon completion of Quality Inspector duties, liaise with Production Supervisor regarding additional production/quality related tasks, including Packing and
