Our client are a personal care manufacturer located in Ingleburn and are looking to fill a QA support role to commence ASAP start on the day shift (7.15am-3.35pm)

The Pay rate will be determined by experience. Casual payrates will be between $25 and $30 per hour. 

Duties will include:

• Assist with tracking Quality Management System KPIs in scorecards for Management
• Logging and assisting with investigation of customer complaints
• Assist with determining corrective and preventative actions for complaints, audit findings and internal nonconformances, and tracking through to resolution with key stakeholders
• Assist in implementing improvement plans in meeting regulatory and customer requirements
• Collate data as required for annual reports
• Assist in conducting internal audits
• Other duties as assigned by the Compliance & RA Supervisor

Requirements

• Prior experience in a comparable quality role
• Tertiary qualified
• Proficient in Excel
• Exposure to Movex an advantage
• Possess the ability to interact with all employee levels 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
• Ability to multitask whilst ensuring a high level of attention to detail
• A motivated individual who can work in a busy environment
