Project Administrator

Our client is looking for a project administrator to work in their head office at Melbourne CBD. 

In this role your duties will include, but are not limited to: 

  • checking invoices with receipts
  • Tracking working hours daily
  • Checking timesheets  
  • Filing
  • scheduling employees for different site locations

The successful applicant will have experience with the following software and meet the below criteria:

  • Previous experience in scheduling
  • Microsoft office
  • Great excel skills
  • customer service experience
