Our client is looking for a project administrator to work in their head office at Melbourne CBD.
In this role your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- checking invoices with receipts
- Tracking working hours daily
- Checking timesheets
- Filing
- scheduling employees for different site locations
The successful applicant will have experience with the following software and meet the below criteria:
- Previous experience in scheduling
- Microsoft office
- Great excel skills
- customer service experience
