    We’re seeking dynamic and talented Process Technicians to join and grow their career through a Cadetship within the fantastic operations of our client Qenos. Working at the Qenos Botany plant on behalf of Workforce International, you will be supported, trained and developed to ultimately manage the plant operations and provided the opportunity of a potential transition to a permanent Qenos employee.

     As a Process Technician, you will have access to significant training and development, with the ultimate key responsibility to safely and efficiently operate the plant utilising procedures, field work and computer controls.

    Based at the Botany, your role will involve 12hr rotating shift work and will provide a competitive pay structure based on an Enterprise Agreement, paid to the successful Cadet via Workforce International.

    At the successful completion of an extensive, three-year Cadetship including a training and assessment program across the entire plant, your outstanding performance could very well offer you the further opportunity of transitioning to becoming a permanent Qenos employee.

    • You are able to demonstrate excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail, and initiative
    • You work well as part of a team and have sound interpersonal skills
    • You have a real interest in personal development and a high level of personal motivation, consistently showing a ‘can do’ attitude.
    • You have a strong mechanical aptitude and computer literacy.
    • Trade qualifications (particularly Mechanical and Electrical) will be looked upon favourably as too will an operational process background.
    • A boiler ticket is advantageous to the role
