Job Descriptions: 

Full time role for a Trades Assistant / Fleet Accessory Fitter for a large reputable company. The fleet department is a growth area within the business and there is potential for the successful candidate to take on a leadership role. 

Duties Include:

• Disassemble-Assemble vehicle panels, interior and exterior
• Large accessory fitment - trays/canopies/internal shelving (vans) - remove and fit
• Electrical - full wiring of vehicles eg; lights - light bars - radios/ariels - beacons - reverse sensors - switch boxes 
• Ability to fabricate brackets and problem solve fitment hurdles

Essential Requirements:

• knowledge of the automotive industry
• Experience multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment
• A full drivers licence
• Ability to operate both manual and automotive vehicles
• Ability to work in a Team environment
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Previous trade experience in automotive wholesale, retail or aftermarket environment is essential
• Fit, motivated and reliable
• National Police Check
