Excavator Operator

Due to an increase in their workload our client is  currently seeking experienced Final Trim Excavator Operators (5 to 35 tonne) for ongoing work 5 / 6 days per week in Newcastle / Hunter and Port Stephens areas.

The successful applicant will ideally possess the following:

 Skills / Experience

• Final Trimming - GPS
• Minimum 5 years recent experience
• Experience in all aspects of Subdivision and Road construction
• Experienced on 5 - 35 tonne 
• Trenching
• Drainage
• Placement of pipe and pits
• Batters etc

• Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment
• Demonstrate and excellent attendance record
• Be willing to complete pre employment screening including functional capacity assessment
• Own reliable transport
• Willing to work in both Newcastle and surrounding areas
• Someone who looks after the equipment at all times
