Eastsail Boat Hire is an Australian leading sailing school and boat charter business of over 25 years’ experience, servicing an elite client base, including celebrities and international tourists.

We are currently seeking Dock Hand’s to join our team in Rushcutters Bay.

You will be carrying out various duties such preparing boats (fuel, water, gas, power) and assisting with dock duties such as throwing lines, assisting boat shuffles, and assisting with maintenance.

This is a great opportunity to grow within the marine industry. You will gain lifetime knowledge of driving boats of all sizes.

We want all our staff to stay long term and grow with our company. We offer boat driving licences for all staff as well as learn to sail courses for all staff that want to become a sailor and potentially become a yacht master.

Skills And Experience required:

• Experience in a similar role
• Strong customer service skills
• Boat and sailing knowledge/experience
