Business Support Officer role duties

    • daily entry of time sheets
    • creation of purchase orders
    • chasing approvals for vendor invoices
    • entering credit card reconciliations
    • employee reimbursements
    • employee travel approvals & arrangements
    • entry of field work packs into Upvise for crews. 
    • additional duties as requested.
  • Hours of work, days per week
    • 7:30am – 3:30pm Mon - Fri
  • Start date
    • After Easter
  • Pay rate
    • Will depend on experience
  • Is this a temp to perm opportunity or ongoing casual
    • Temp to perm opportunity
  • Duration of assignment if not long term

    • Vendor creation (SAP)
  • Experience
    • Minimum 12 months in a similar role
    • SAP experience preferred
    • Site administration experience valued
