About the Role – based at Chermside

This Business Development/Account Management role is for a high energy and organised individual who likes to source new opportunities and grow past clients. The sector we focused on is blue collar and project based roles.

If you are seeking a new opportunity and believe you can make a difference, then we suggest you apply. This role is for a passionate, sales focused person to ideally target new business on the north side of Brisbane (but not limited to the north side).  Training and support will be provided and you will be surrounded by a great team.

The Successful Applicant Overview

• Industry specific experience non essential;
• Strong selling and negotiation skills;
• Experience in a similar role ideal;
• Ability to work towards set activities;
• Be passionate about selling and be successful at it;
• Skilled at building strong customer relationships with key decision makers;
• Effective time management;
• Excellent computer skills including experience with CRM databases.
