Our client specialises in labour hire and recruitment with a national network of 30 branches around Australia. They are looking to grow their Sydney business substantially over the next 12 months. The primary objective of this role is to provide sales focused management support to achieve the highest level of sales growth and client service possible. The Business Development Manager is responsible and accountable for the sales results of the business. There is an excellent sales platform and support in place to ensure your success.

Key tasks include:

• Increasing sales and profitability
• Identifying and develop potential and existing clients
• Achieving budget and targets
• Branch sales direction and leadership
• Leadership on government employment and training incentives

Required experience:

• Energetic, enthusiastic, a team motivator and ability to lead by example
• Experience in the labour hire. / recruitment industry
• Understand modern awards and EBA's
• Networks and knowledge of the Sydney industrial market
• Knowledge of government employment and training incentives
• Ability to develop and foster strong interpersonal relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to effectively communicate and negotiate at all levels
• Can think on your feet and problem solve complex issues
• Proven sales skills
