Workforce International have an exciting position available for an experienced Assembly Worker to start immediately in a construction work environment .

Our client is a leading manufacturer of steel portable buildings and is looking for someone to carry out the following duties, which are quite varied:

• Working in a Workshop
• Assembling, finishing, stripping, repairing and refurbishing of transportable buildings
• Setting up, operating tools (screw guns, hammers, chisels, circular saws, drills)
• Fitting out buildings with doors, windows, air conditioning units, pre-fabrication windows which need to be fixed to the building with a screw gun (700+ Screws a day on finished product)
• Installing roofing, guttering and barge capping
• reading and interpreting drawings
• completing tasks with High attention to detail

To be considered for this position we are looking for the following:

• Have worked in the steel frame industry before OR Similar
• Have excellent attention to detail as working with the finished product
• Must be a TEAM PLAYER as working in a team environment
• Understanding and following directions from supervisors
• Able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner 
• Be flexible to perform other duties when required
• Be able to assist fellow team members with tasks as required
• Have a CAN DO attitude & always give 100%

This is an excellent opportunity to obtain long term work with a reputable employer. Hours are Monday - Friday, 38 hours per week, $26ph.

Monday to Thursday - Start time: 6.30am  - Finish Time: 3.00pm

Friday – Start time 6.30am - Finish time: 12.30pm
