Workforce International, one of Australia’s largest privately owned Recruitment organisations, continues to expand its manufacturing operations division.  

We have a number of opportunities for Assembly operators to work in a clean and safe production environment. The role involves working with brand new cars with a vehicle brand that is a well known as a high performance passenger vehicle throughout the Australian automotive market.

This role, based in the south east of Melbourne and working in a pristine factory environment,  involves:

 - Removal of new components using air & power tooling 

-  Follow procedures to reapply components using air ratchets and impact drivers 

-  Support in fault finding and quality assurance

To be considered you need to demonstrate your exposure to air tools and power tools, whether through work or personal experience. 

Prior auto industry experience is preferred however previous successful applicants have experience or a work background in a range of different roles, including:

- Assembly roles

- Automotive / Aircraft workers 

- Fitters/Turners/Welders 

- Technical training in pre-apprenticeship courses or out-of trade auto apprentices

- Hobby / home experience servicing, repairing or modifying your own vehicle, or rebuilding cars.
