Workforce International Group's Traffic Management Division Workforce Road Services has been providing Traffic Management services within NSW for almost two decades.

Our clients include local authorities, road maintenance providers, large utility/infrastructure companies and major civil engineering contractors.

With a network of 14 depots in NSW, we are seeking an Area Supervisor to join our team servicing the North Tablelands region.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your main responsibilities will be;

• Meeting with clients for upcoming work requirements
• Planning and organising work to ensure works are successfully carried out
• Assisting the resource team with allocations of crews and vehicles 
• Responding to incidents and completing associated investigations
• Auditing and assessing traffic controllers and traffic control work sites

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in the traffic management or labour hire industries
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Competent in the use of computers
• Current NSW Driver's Licence
• Construction Industry White card
• Current traffic control tickets (An advantage)
